By using 3D computer programs, we construct moulds for thermoplastic injection that can be used for a single product or a range of products. Based on our experience, we analyse the entire project and give advice on the use of thermoplastic materials and the selection of thermoplastic materials as substitutes for metal products and products made from other materials. We offer advice regarding the design of the product, taking into account the customer’s requirements and limitations of the used thermoplastic. By optimising the product, we can achieve the required functionality and consequently lower the cost for manufacturing the mould and the production itself. We perform computer simulations of injection moulding and 3D printing of prototypes from different materials.

We produce aluminium, steel, prototype, small-series or large-scale moulds. We adjust the mould production to the requirements of the product and the process as well as the customer’s requirements. Thus, we can achieve an appropriate balance between the quality and the cost of the mould in order to ensure the required quality and service life of the product. Mould production takes place in a modern machine park with the latest software, with which we can manufacture even the most complicated moulds. We also offer possible modifications and regular maintenance for all manufactured moulds.

An experienced staff team performs mould testing and process optimisation to ensure product validation with all necessary documentation and measurement reports before first serial production.

We specialise in small-series production of technically demanding products in all branches of industry. We perform various tasks, such as assembling, printing, welding, application of surface coatings and subsequent treatment of products. Production takes place in a modern machine park with all the necessary high-quality peripheral equipment to ensure a stable process and thus appropriate products. We have a fixed staff team to ensure the repeatability of batches with fewer errors.

After consulting with the customer, we determine the characteristics and methods of quality control to ensure the traceability and quality of the entire process. This is ensured by the appropriate documentation and equipment in the laboratory for measurements.
