Yes. If you only have an idea, sketch, or 3D model, plastit.si supports you with development, design optimization (DFM), and the selection of the most suitable material. We turn your idea into a technically feasible plastic product, prepare the tool, and then carry out production.

If you already have a mold, you can transfer it to us. We inspect it, service it if necessary, and adapt it to our machines. We then carry out stable serial plastic injection molding under continuous quality control.

We use a wide range of materials, including ABS, PP, PC, PA, POM, TPE, and other technical polymers. We adapt to requirements related to strength, temperature resistance, flexibility, UV resistance, or antistatic properties. If needed, we also use recycled materials.

Yes. We produce small, medium, and large series. For smaller quantities, we prepare optimized parameters and fast production start-ups, while for larger volumes, we ensure stable serial manufacturing with the option of long-term supply. Delivery times depend on product complexity, material, and order volume.
